A lot of the people on this poll, including me, aren't really forum staffers. 
Some of us just have mod powers so we can do things like make threads sticky, edit titles, and so on. We don't get involved in the actual running of the forum and we don't have access to the forum staff section where reports are handled, etc.
I'm not saying we should be taken off the poll, just making people aware.
