Cant Decide - Limited or Regular

Limited Covers;

( I believe that that is both the front and back of the Limited Ed. Soundtrack, correct me if i'm wrong).


Regular Ed. Soundtrack;

I am absolutely torn between buying these. I have a fairly extensive collection of FF media and merchandise and this is tearing me apart because i have spend $$$ recently on FF stuff and i cannot choose between these.

Here is my pros & cons list;

Pros for regular;

I think that having all the characters on the front looks good. Nice to see Cloud, Squall and Zidane mainly...

cheaper!

Cons;

It's not limited so when the limited editions sell out and become rare, your version isn't so rare... which isn't such a bad thing, but i'm a collector, so for me, it's a factor


pros of the limited ed;

it's limited!

Chaos and Cosmos look STUNNING. The pictures are epic and detail is fantastic.

it looks better quality

cons of limited ed;

a bit more expensive

.....that's it.




I'd love both but cannot afford it, simple as that. Both have great covers but i'm leaning towars the Limited Edition because it's Limited (duh) and looks like good quality packaging etc

Might as well get the limited edition one, if you're going for a collection. It's not really that much more expensive.

Only about £5, but its alot when you have spent loads already on FF stuff.

So is there anything special about the limited edition besides pretty covers? a Book? Bonus tracks?

The booklet is obviously going to be a bit different from the regular edition, given the shape of the LE case. Except 'Messenger' (IIRC?), there's no bonus tracks and that might be on the regular one too. The case is really all that's special about it, I think (hard, textured card with gold print and Amano art on the outer case, foldy-out inner case with that CG image of the characters).
